The homes are a mix of manufactured homes and site built home construction. It is a 55+ community and maintains it membership with close adherence to the requirements set forth by the government. The homeowners association was registered in 1984, and is managed by an elected 5 member Board of Directors with the assistance from a management company. A 5 member architectural committee, also elected, oversees the adherence to the governing documents to maintain the asthetics of the community. The Board of Directors, are supported by 9 committees of resident volunteers, which meet on a regular basis to provide for the health and enjoyment of all residents.
